Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter or 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine, softened
- 23 cup brown sugar, packed
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 34 cups nestle toll house semisweet chocolate chunks
- 34 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in chunks and peanuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets; press down slightly.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
