Bleu Cheese Sour Cream Dressing Recipe

• 1 c. bleu cheese
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp. dry mustard
• 2 tbsp. chopped chives

1. Blend the mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, dry mustard and lemon juice.
2. Chop the bleu cheese (chops best if frzn).
3. Fold the bleu cheese, onions and chives into mix.
