Orange Juicy Layered Pineapple JELL-O Mold

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Add enough orange juice to pineapple juice to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  3. Stir boiling water into gelatin mix in large bowl 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Add juice mixture; stir.
  6. Reserve 1 cup gelatin at room temperature.
  7. Add half the crushed pineapple to remaining gelatin; mix well.
  8. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  10. Whisk reserved gelatin gradually into cream cheese in medium bowl until blended.
  11. Stir in remaining crushed pineapple.
  12. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  14. Unmold onto plate before serving.
