My Miso Thighs

  1. Heat oven 500.
  2. Combine the garlic, miso, stock, vinegar and worcestershire.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Turn.
  6. Bake 10 more minutes.
  7. Transfer chicken to a plate.
  8. Keep warm.
  9. Skim fat from pan juices.
  10. Add sake.
  11. Reduce 10 minutes.
  12. Place chicken on plates.
  13. Top with sauce.
  14. Garnish with parsley and onions.
