Crock Pot Roast Recipe

• 3 pound roast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1 teaspoon powdered garlic

1. Season roast with seasonings.
2. Wrap in 2 layers of foil.
3. Put in crock pot and cook on low for 12-16 hrs.
