Rise and Shine Oatmeal (Cooking Light)
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 cups regular oats
- 12 cup golden raisin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Bring milk to a boil over medium heat, then stir in the oats.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the raisins, honey, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Serve with nuts and brown sugar.
