Homemade Meatballs

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crackers, milk, garlic salt, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and the egg.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the ground beef and the ground pork sausauge and mix thoroughly.
  4. (I usually use my KitchenAid mixer to do this, especially if Im doubling the recipe.)
  5. Form into meatballs keeping the size consistent.
  6. Broil on a foil-lined broiler pan for about 10 minutes, turning once.
  7. Use the meatballs in stews, spaghetti sauce, or anything else that suits your fancy.
