Red Pear Cocktails Recipe JuliaCWoK

• 1.5 oz pear-infused vodka (750ml unflavored vodka with 2 peeled, seeded, quartered pears - infuse for 3 weeks)
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• .25 oz fresh lime juice
• .25 oz simple syrup (for recipe: www.cocktails.about.com)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Shake well.
4. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
