truffle deviled eggs with lox

  1. Hard boil eggs
  2. Peal and cut eggs in half.
  3. Add yokes to a bowl along with all other ingredients
  4. Use potato smasher, mix till all ingredients are smooth
  5. And filling to a piping bag our use a zip lock bag
  6. Pipe filling into egg white halves
  7. Add lox pieces
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and smoked paprika
