Gotta Empanada?

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Stir in salsa.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Place 1 crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1 inch of edge.
  6. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edge with fork.
  7. Bake 25 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Cool 5 min.
  10. before cutting into wedges to serve.
