Brownie Fruit Pizza Recipe
- 1/2 c. diet margarine softened
- 1 3/4 c. sugar divided
- 4 x Large eggs divided
- 2 tsp vanilla divided
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 pkt nonfat cream cheese softened (8 ounce)
- 2 c. fresh fruit assorted, cut-up
- MIX tablespread and 1 1/2 c. of the sugar with electric mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy.
- Add in 3 of the Large eggs and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla, mixing till blended.
- Stir in flour and cocoa.
- Spray 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread brownie batter in pan.
- BAKE at 350 degrees for 15 min.
- BEAT cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed till smooth.
- Adding remaining 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mixing till blended.
- Spread over brownie.
- Bake 15 min.
- Cold.
- Chill.
- TOP with fruit.
- NOTES : Evidently, tablespread is lowfat margarine.
