Chicken Tamale Casserole Recipe
- 2 lg. cans tamales
- 2 cans chicken meat
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sm. carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz or possibly 1 can nacho cheese soup
- Place tamales in greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle chicken over the top of the tamales.
- Combine mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream and layer over chicken.
- Top with Cheez Whiz or possibly cheese soup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Makes 12 servings.
- Can be made in 2 dishes, one to eat and one to freeze.
