Okara Gratin Soup

  1. Make the instant soup as normal.
  2. Use just a little bit less hot water.
  3. Add the hot water into the soup first (for details, see "How to Make Instant Soup with no Clumps"
  4. Mix the okara into the soup thoroughly and evenly.
  5. Add your choice of toppings.
  6. Lastly, top with cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Once it has turned a golden brown, it's done.
