Okara Gratin Soup
- 1 packet Instant soup (powdered)
- 20 grams Fresh okara (okara powder)
- 1/2 slice Sliced bread
- 1 slice Easily melting cheese
- 1 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Mixed frozen seafood
- 1 dash Fresh parsley
- 1 Bacon
- Make the instant soup as normal.
- Use just a little bit less hot water.
- Add the hot water into the soup first (for details, see "How to Make Instant Soup with no Clumps"
- Mix the okara into the soup thoroughly and evenly.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Lastly, top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Once it has turned a golden brown, it's done.
