Baked Camembert

  1. heat oven to 200 celcius.
  2. insert garlic into rind of cheese.
  3. pour over red wine.
  4. sprinkle thyme on top.
  5. bake on an oven tray for 10-15 minutes.
  6. grind fresh black pepper over the top and serve with crusty bread.
  7. Note: sourdough bread goes really well with this - next time I would cut the garlic into slivers instead of halves, so that it could roast more.
