Sourdough Bacon Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Grease 1 twelve muffin size muffin pan, or line with cupcake papers.
  3. In bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. Make a well in the center.
  5. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, sourdough starter and oil.
  6. Add egg mixture to well in dry mixture all at once.
  7. Stir just until moistened.
  8. Stir in bacon and cheese.
  9. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0F for 20-25 minutes.
