Low Carb Turkey Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in butter until soft.
  3. Combine all ingredients except turkey and mix well.
  4. Add turkey and incorporate thoroughly.
  5. Form into a loaf and bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes.
  6. Do not pack loaf too tightly as this will extend cooking time.
  7. Note: Uncooked loaf freezes well.
  8. Thaw thoroughly in refrigerator before baking.
  9. Cooking for 2, I split recipe into 3 loaves and freeze extras for later.
