Sausage, Peppers, and Pasta

  1. Remove sausage from casing.
  2. Crumble and brown over medium-high heat along with the garlic.
  3. When sausage is cooked through, add the tomatoes and throw the bell peppers and onion on top.
  4. Lower heat to medium-low and cover.
  5. Stir when the peppers and onions soften up a bit and return cover.
  6. Cook until the onions are soft and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed.
  8. Serve with the sauce.
