Sausage tomato sandwich

• 1 lb smoked sausage
• 12 slice white bread
• 1 large onion sliced
• 2 large tomatoes

1. Slice the sausage length wise put into a hot cast iron pan
2. Chop onions put on top
3. When sausage is done add to bread then onion then slices of tomatoes
4. You can put whatever condiments you like
