Cocoa-Banana Muffinettes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line 30 miniature muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray bottoms only with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.
  4. Add combined bananas, milk, margarine, egg whites and vanilla, mixing just until moistened.
  5. Fill prepared cups almost full.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Let muffins stand a few minutes; remove from pan.
  8. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
