White Sauce For 10 Lbs. Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook 10 pounds potatoes with the skins till done.
  2. Cold.
  3. Then peel and cube the potatoes.
  4. Put lowfat milk on to hot.
  5. Add in butter and let the butter heat.
  6. Mix flour, salt and pepper and add in to the lowfat milk.
  7. Stir constantly so it won't scorch.
  8. Add in Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes, to the sauce.
  9. Pour over cubed potatoes.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly, 30 to 40 min.
