Barbell Bunny's Granola
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 13 cup Corn Chex
- 13 cup sugar-free syrup
- 12 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 12 teaspoon ground coffee
- 1 dash salt
- 13 cup mixed raw nuts
- 12 tablespoon peanut butter
- In a glass bowl, combine syrup through salt.
- Microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Add oats and corn Chex to syrup mixture, and stir to coat.
- Bake in 315-degree oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- When cool, mix with raw nuts and melted peanut butter.
