Galloping Hot Oysters

  1. Drain oysters.
  2. Place each oyster across half a slice of bacon.
  3. Sprinkle all with seasonings, chopped parsley and chopped jalapeno peppers.
  4. Roll bacon around oysters, and fasten with toothpicks.
  5. Place oysters on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake at 450 F degrees in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
  7. Remove toothpicks and serve.
