Lori's Asian Chicken Broth
- 4 lbs chicken bones
- 1 carrot (chunked)
- 1 head garlic (unpeeled, separated)
- 2 tablespoons chinese hot dry mustard
- 1 piece fresh ginger, sliced (large chunk)
- 13 cup allspice berry
- 3 tablespoons parsley stems
- water, to cover
- Combine all in a crockpot.
- Cover.
- Cook on low for 24 hours.
- Strain through a cheesecloth 2-3 times.
- Let cool.
- Freeze or use as needed.
