Garlic Naan Pizza with Roasted Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Put the naan on baking sheets and set aside.
  2. Place all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor and pulse until tomatoes are broken up.
  3. Spread the sauce over each naan.
  4. Top with cheese, then tomatoes.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and edges turn brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with basil.
  7. *For a crisper crust place naan directly on oven rack.
