Whole Wheat Hot Roll Mix Recipe

• 9 c. whole wheat flour
• 8 c. white flour
• 4 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
• 1 c. packed brown sugar or possibly 1 c. white sugar

1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Stir with wire whisk.
3. Press brown sugar through coarse sieve.
4. Stir into flour mix.
5. Pour into 18 c. container with tight fitting lid.
6. Store in refrigerator 10-12 weeks or possibly 6 months in freezer.
