Dulce de Leche & Strawberry Gelatin Dessert

  1. Boil 1 cup water.
  2. Add to strawberry gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Stir in remaining water.
  5. Pour into 6-1/2-qt.
  6. mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  9. Meanwhile, mix dulce de leche and milk until blended.
  10. Add 1/2 cup to unflavored gelatines in medium bowl; stir.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. Pour half the remaining caramel mixture into small saucepan; bring to boil.
  13. Add to unflavored gelatine mixture; stir 2 min.
  14. until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  15. Stir in remaining caramel mixture; cool completely.
  16. Spoon caramel mixture over strawberry gelatin layer.
  17. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  18. Unmold onto platter; serve with strawberries.
