Grilled Pork & Pepper Kabobs

  1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over meat in shallow glass dish.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Thread meat onto 16 small skewers alternately with peppers.
  7. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until meat is done (145 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
  9. Remove from grill; let stand 3 min.
  10. Meanwhile, grill tortillas 1-1/2 min.
  11. on each side.
  12. Toss salad greens with remaining dressing.
  13. Serve with kabobs and tortillas.
