Hearty Pasta With Tomatoes and Garbanzo Beans

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat until hot.
  3. Add onion; cook 3 min or until light brown.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and spinach.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min or until flavors have blended.
  6. Add spinach; simmer additional 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
  7. Toss rotini with sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
