hearty ham casserole
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 11 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
- prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- place in bowl and mix with all other ingredients except potato chips.
- pour mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole and top with crushed chips.
- bake at 350 for 40 min.
- or until thoroughly heated.
- 4-6 servings.
