Creamy Strawberry Jello Mold Recipe

• 2 lg. pkg. frzn sliced strawberries, defrosted
• 2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello
• 3 c. lowfat sour cream
• 3 c. boiling water

1. Mix the Jello pwdr and lowfat sour cream till it is like a paste.
2. Then add in 3 c. boiling water and mix till dissolved.
3. Stir in defrosted strawberries with liquid.
4. Pour into greased Jello mold and let it set overnight.
5. Variations: Lime Jello with mandarin oranges, or possibly mayonnaise in place of lowfat sour cream.
