cottage cheese / paneer tikka

  1. cut paneer and capsicum into medium size rectangular and square shape respectively .
  2. marinate paneer and capsicum together for 12 hours .
  3. add 4 tablespoons of oil / olive oil in a pan .
  4. cook the paneer pieces separately for not more than 10 secs on each side .
  5. now cook the rest of the marinated capsicum batter .
  6. toothpick paneer and capsicum .
  7. add the rest of the cooked batter on top and serve .
