Marinated Chicken Recipe
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. Kikkoman sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. coarsely grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 frying chickens, disjointed
- Mix first 9 ingredients; pour over chicken.
- Chill overnight.
- Place chickens and small amount of oil mix in baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Yield: 12 servings.
