No-Bake Butterscotch and Peanut Butter Birds Nest Cookies

  1. Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter in a wide saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until melted.
  3. Pour mixture into a large bowl of chow mein noodles and stir to combine.
  4. Fill up each compartment of your muffin tray with a spoonful of this mixture.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the tray.
  6. Be careful when you are removing the nests, so as to not break them.
  7. Add some chocolate Easter eggs (I used Cadbury mini eggs).
