Super Easy Vegetarian Whole Wheat Chili Bake
- 4 whole wheat tortillas, soft taco size
- 3 (15 ounce) cans vegetarian chili, recommended is Amy's Medium Spiced Chili
- 1 (8 ounce) packagevegetarian grilled chicken strips, recommended is Morningstar Farms Chik'n Strips
- 2 cups natural lowfat Mexican blend cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place a thin layer of chili at bottom of pan.
- Layer as follows: tortillas, black beans, chicken strips, chili, and cheese.
- Recommended top layer is tortilla, chili, and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
