Delicious Double Layer Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees.
  2. PIE: Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp.
  3. half & half and sugar with wire whisk till smooth.
  4. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  5. Spread on crust.
  6. Pour 1 c. half & half into mixing bowl.
  7. Add in pudding mix.
  8. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min.
  9. Let stand 3 min.
  10. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well.
  11. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  12. Chill at least 2 hrs.
  13. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts as desired.
