Chicken Supreme Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) UNCLE BEN'S® Long grain and wild rice with herb seasonings
- 3 c. cooked cut up chicken
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms sauteed in 2 tbsp. butter
- 6 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced parsley (or possibly dry parsley flakes)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- Sliced almonds (optional)
- Cook rice according to directions on package.
- Add in chicken, mushrooms, pimento, green pepper, parsley, soups and broth.
- Mix well.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in casserole and cover with sliced almonds.
- Bake at least one hour about 350 degrees.
- Serves 8-10.
