Chicken and Black Bean Chili

  1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and saute in olive oil.
  2. Chop the onion, cilantro stalks (save the leaves for garnish), chili's and garlic in a food processor.
  3. Add to the chicken and saute until soft.
  4. Add the tomatoes, beans and all the spices & honey.
  5. Simmer for 30-40 minute Add the lime juice and peppers just before serving.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Serve with plain yogurt and fresh cilantro.
