Tuna Casserole
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish, drained
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup finely chopped celery
- 12 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon mustard
- 12 teaspoon relish
- 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
- 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup crushed buttery cracker
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese and crackers in a 3 ltr.
- casserole dish and mix well.
- Top with grated cheese and crackers.
- Place in oven preheated to 325 for 30-40 minutes.
