Easy Sausage Bake Recipe

• 1 1/4 lbs. Italian sausage
• 4 lg. potatoes
• 2 lg. green peppers
• 1 lg. onion
• 1/4 c. oil
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon basil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 pepper

1. Cut sausage links into pcs.
2. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
3. Cut peppers and onion into large chunks.
4. In a baking pan, combine all ingredients and toss till well coated.
5. Bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 45 to 60 min or possibly till potatoes are cooked and lightly browned.
6. Stir occasionally during cooking to mix juice through the sausage and potatoes.
7. Serves 6.
