Roasted Beet 'n Bean Salad

• 2 cups dried black beans, cooked, drained and cooled
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 2 cups chopped roasted red beets
• 1 cup chopped green onions
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• Juice of 1 medium lemon

1. Mix beans and parsley.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
3. Place beets on platter; top with bean mixture.
4. Sprinkle with onions.
5. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over salad.
