cinnamon toast rolls

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. cut the crusts from slices of bread and roll until very thin
  3. spread both sides of the bread with melted butter and sprinkle one side with cinnamon sugar
  4. fold eachside into middle and roll up and place in a buttered mini muffin tin.
  5. or you can fold into a triangle and then another smaller triangle aand place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  6. sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and bake 15-20 minutes, until they're starting to turn golden brown.
  7. i like to mix powdered sugar with a little milk to make icing and drizzle on top
