Strawberry Pretzel Squares

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. ; cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
  6. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over crust.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Add boiling water to jelly powders in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  9. until completely dissolved.
  10. Stir in cold water.
  11. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  12. Stir in strawberries; spoon over cream cheese layer.
  13. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
