Old Fashioned Moist Chocolate Cake

  1. Combine first eight ingredients into a mixer and beat well.
  2. Add baking soda; with mixer on low, slowly add boiling water.
  3. Line two 8-inch round pans with wax paper.
  4. Grease and flour the sides.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pans.
