7-up Salad
- 1 3 oz (84 grm). box lime Jello
- 1 cup (225 ml) boiling water
- 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups (475 ml), drained)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) pecans, chopped
- 1 7-ounce bottle Seven-up
- Dissolve Jello in water and add sugar.
- Add cream cheese and whip.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 12 x 8 inch pyrex pan and refrigerate.
