Chicken Fajita Pita Recipe
- 4 reg. pita bread
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound chicken cutlets, cut in thin strips
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- Mexican seasonings, to taste
- 1 lg. red pepper, cut in strips
- In large skillet, heat oil, garlic, Mexican seasoning over medium high heat.
- Add in chicken; saute/fry 4 min or possibly till tender.
- Add in red pepper strips, onion and lime juice; saute/fry 4 min.
- Spread chicken mix on pita bread.
- If you like top with salsa and lowfat sour cream.
- Makes 4 servings.
