Quick and Easy Shrimp and Pasta
- 1 box Your Favorite Pasta Side (I Like Pasta And Alfredo Sauce)
- 1/4 cups Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 bag Frozen Medium-Sized Fully Cooked Shrimp
- In a large nonstick deep frying pan, combine olive oil and butter over medium heat until butter completely melts.
- Place the whole bag of frozen shrimp in the pan (I used Schwans Caesar Parmesan because it adds another level of flavor, but you can use plain).
- Saute on medium to medium-high heat (depending on your stovetop) until completely heated through.
- This takes approximately 10 minutes.
- While shrimp is sauteing, prepare the pasta side dish as directed on the package.
- Once both shrimp and pasta side are ready, transfer the pasta side into the shrimp pan, making sure to completely combine the two.
- As an added flavor, top off with your favorite cheese.
- This makes a wonderful family meal for the mom on the go: short cooking time combined with great taste.
- Enjoy!
