Quick and Easy Shrimp and Pasta

  1. In a large nonstick deep frying pan, combine olive oil and butter over medium heat until butter completely melts.
  2. Place the whole bag of frozen shrimp in the pan (I used Schwans Caesar Parmesan because it adds another level of flavor, but you can use plain).
  3. Saute on medium to medium-high heat (depending on your stovetop) until completely heated through.
  4. This takes approximately 10 minutes.
  5. While shrimp is sauteing, prepare the pasta side dish as directed on the package.
  6. Once both shrimp and pasta side are ready, transfer the pasta side into the shrimp pan, making sure to completely combine the two.
  7. As an added flavor, top off with your favorite cheese.
  8. This makes a wonderful family meal for the mom on the go: short cooking time combined with great taste.
  9. Enjoy!
