Creamy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Measure 1 c. dry cake mix; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 c. oil.
  3. Press in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  5. Combine reserved mix, 2 Large eggs and remaining ingredients; beat at low speed for 2 min.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 min.
  8. Cold.
