Creamy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 2 Packages (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Measure 1 c. dry cake mix; set aside.
- Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 c. oil.
- Press in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
- Combine reserved mix, 2 Large eggs and remaining ingredients; beat at low speed for 2 min.
- Spread over crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 35 min.
- Cold.
