Not Your Normal Spaghetti

  2. Saute green onion in the olive oil on medium heat 5 minutes.

  4. Add beef and sausage, brown over medium-high heat.

  6. When almost brown, stir in pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.

  8. Once browned, stir in crushed tomatoes, water and salt.
  9. 5.
  10. Add broken spaghetti.
  11. Push spaghetti into the liquid, and cover for 8 minutes.

  13. After 8 minutes, stir pasta so the noodles wont stick together.
  14. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 6 more minutes until pasta is al dente (almost cooked but still a little firm).

  16. Add parmesan cheese, and cream (or milk), stir well.
  17. 8.
  18. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese, put in the oven to broil for 3 minutes or until spotty brown (watch carefully or the cheese will burn).
  19. Basically the top will look like a cheese pizza.
