M/V Ciganos Hungarian Chicken
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast, Pounded
- 1/4 cups Flour, Seasoned With Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 cup Cooking Wine, White
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Base Or Bouillon Powder
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika (I Use Szeged's)
- 1.
- Pound chicken.
- 2.
- Dredge in flour mixture.
- 3.
- Sautee in peanut oil until almost cooked.
- Put on a pie plate, cover with foil, put in the oven on warm.
- 4.
- Deglaze skillet with with white wine and chicken base.
- When it reduces to nothing, add sour cream and the paprika.
- Season if necessary with white, black, or cayenne pepper.
- 5.
- Plate chicken, cover with sauce.
