  4. Dredge in flour mixture.

  6. Sautee in peanut oil until almost cooked.
  7. Put on a pie plate, cover with foil, put in the oven on warm.
  8. 4.
  9. Deglaze skillet with with white wine and chicken base.
  10. When it reduces to nothing, add sour cream and the paprika.
  11. Season if necessary with white, black, or cayenne pepper.
  12. 5.
  13. Plate chicken, cover with sauce.
