Russian Dill Pickles Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar (white)
- 1/4 c. pickling salt, coarse
- 1 c. water
- Heat bring to boiling point, pour over jars packed with washed pickles, fresh dill, garlic to taste, and several slices of onion.
- Immerse covered jars in boiling water.
- Let set till water is cool.
- Best to keep in refrigerator as sometimes seals do not stay sealed.
- Ready in 4 weeks.
